MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 use a separate trading-account password. Two-factor authentication can be enabled, and a forgotten password is reset by email.
How to log in to Exness
- Open the Exness Personal Area or the Exness Trade app
- Enter the registered email and Personal Area password
- Complete two-factor authentication if it is enabled
- Open MT4 or MT5 with the separate trading-account password
